This device is a low drain source on resistance (RDS (ON)) N-channel MOSFET intelligent load switch that complies with automotive industry standard specifications. It is suitable for reliable power supply timing control and power rail control in automotive applications, including advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), information entertainment systems, and instrument display systems.

The input voltage range of this intelligent load switch is 0.8V to 4V, which can be used in the power rail field of multiple subsystems. Its ultra-low 8m Ω (maximum) RDS (ON) can minimize conduction losses and reduce heat generation in the device and its surroundings. The thermal resistance (R θ JC) of the crust reaches 8 ° C/W, supporting a maximum continuous output current of 6A. This device has low static current, which can improve efficiency and reduce standby power consumption during power gating.
