1、Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain, and optimize the quality control system;
2. Continuous quality improvement and prevention;
3. Proficient in ISO system auditing and finished product quality control, with relevant certificates preferred;
4. Organize the development and implementation of inspection standards and processes for incoming materials, manufacturing processes, finished products, and shipments to ensure the effective execution of quality inspections;
5. Organize personnel to monitor the key processes of the product, promptly propose improvement requirements for production abnormalities, and improve the yield of the process and product throughput;
6. Able to use quality techniques to analyze data, possess the ability to solve problems, have clear thinking and sharp reactions, analyze and consider problems comprehensively and meticulously, regularly prepare quality summary reports, and convene quality review meetings with relevant departments;
7. Strong management skills, planning, organizing, coordinating, and team building, with good communication skills;
2、Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of electronic Taguchi methods experience, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the same position, familiar with quality management in the electronic industry
3. Proficient in the application and operation of quality tools such as Q seven techniques and FEA;
4. Proficient in IPC industry standards, able to develop relevant product acceptance specifications and standards;
5. Having certain FAE work experience, able to perform failure analysis and judgment on routine quality accidents.
