KNF's four new intelligent liquid, gas, and vacuum pumps utilize integrated sensor technology to achieve and maintain flow, pressure, or vacuum states through advanced closed-loop control, as well as precise quantification

In March 2026, KNF announced the launch of four innovative diaphragm pump functions for flow, pressure, and vacuum control, as well as multi-purpose quantitative metering. These solutions have set new benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, and adaptability.
Four new intelligent pumps
KNF has developed the FMS-FC 1.400 model for liquid metering applications. This diaphragm pump integrated with Flow Control uses precision flow sensors to ensure accurate, precise, and stable liquid delivery. Its maximum flow rate can reach 3.4 l/min, with a maximum pressure of 6 bar (rel.), and it provides a maximum suction of 3 mH2O.
FD 1.200 is another innovative intelligent diaphragm liquid pump with Versatile Dosing capability, providing precise and repeatable dosing for demanding applications. For this purpose, it integrates advanced stepper motor technology and active one-way valves. Its maximum flow rate is 40 ml/min, maximum pressure is 6 bar (rel.), and suction height is at least 4.5 mH2O. It has a compact structure, chemical resistance, and can be customized, setting a new standard for precise batching
Accurate
The new MGP 75 diaphragm air pump is equipped with intelligent Pressure Control function, which can maintain precise and stable gas pressure even under changing conditions. The pump adopts the latest KNF motor technology, which can achieve a maximum flow rate of 78 l/min, a maximum pressure of 1 bar (rel.), and a vacuum degree as low as 25 mbar (abs.).
The new micro vacuum pump NVC 830 is equipped with Intelligent Feature Vaccum Control function, which can maintain precise vacuum degree in harsh environments. The maximum flow rate of this compact pump is 4.7 l/min, and the maximum vacuum degree can reach 55 mbar (abs.).
Intelligent Feature, Achieve the highest accuracy
Each pump is integrated with modern sensor technology and proprietary motor control technology, which can accurately maintain the set value even under dynamic working conditions where pressure or medium temperature changes are uncertain. This integrated closed-loop control can minimize the engineering workload. This makes it unnecessary to integrate external sensors that may have been difficult to achieve and develop new control logic from scratch.
Flexible connectivity and integration
These pumps can operate independently or be controlled through analog signals such as control voltage. When used in complex systems, these pumps also support modern communication protocols such as UART, which can be seamlessly integrated into intelligent environments.
Customized services for high demand applications
Based on modular design, these pumps can be customized quickly and cost effectively. The options include material selection, electrical and pipeline connections, and digital settings (such as output settings, acceleration speed, or maximum motor speed limit), depending on the type of pump. This flexibility makes this series of pumps an ideal choice for key application areas such as medical technology, analytical systems, and industrial processes.
