This device is designed specifically for 32T/64T large-scale antenna base stations, with breakthrough support for 530MHz 5G NR instantaneous bandwidth (covering the N77 frequency band), achieving industry-leading gain of 39dB and peak power of+29dBm at the 3.5GHz frequency point. Its full frequency 50 Ω self matching feature eliminates external tuning, and its pin compatibility with QPA9122M (3 × 3mm SMT package) facilitates seamless upgrades to existing designs. The VEN pin's fast start stop and external bias optimization functions further accelerate the global deployment of 5G base stations.
The Qorvo QPA9822 linear 5G amplifier is designed to support 5G NR instantaneous signal bandwidth up to 530MHz, making it ideal for the N77 frequency band, which is crucial for 5G deployment and other mMIMO applications.
