High specification and cost-effective AC/DC power supplies are available in both onboard and open frame versions.
In new energy applications, AC/DC increasingly needs to operate within the nominal voltage range of 100VAC to 277VAC. RECOM's latest RAC20NE-K/277 meets this requirement well, with an output of 20W and optional output voltages of 12, 24, or 36VDC. We can provide encapsulated versions with constant voltage or constant current limitations, as well as open frame versions with constant voltage outputs of 12 or 24VDC.
The RAC20NE-K277 series has high efficiency and can operate reliably at full load in an ambient temperature of 60 ° C, with temperatures reaching up to 85 ° C during derating. These modules meet the requirements of Class II insulation, with an OVC III working altitude of 3000 m (OVC II/5000m), comply with the EMC Class B requirements of EN 55032, and have floating or grounded outputs. Standby and no-load power dissipation meet ecological design requirements.
The size of the encapsulated product on the RAC20NE-K/277 board is 52.5 x 27.6 x 23.0 mm, with Molex ™ The size of the connected open frame product is only 80.0 x 23.8 x 22.5 mm.
These modules are an ideal solution to meet the increasing demands of the new energy market for low cost, wide input range, and high transient immunity. Dr. Michael Schrutka, AC/DC Product Manager at RECOM, commented, "They are typically used for energy management, monitoring, and powering actuators, as well as in general applications
