The ZXCT180Q current monitor supports unidirectional current measurement, while the ZXCT181Q supports unidirectional or bidirectional current measurement. The ZXCT180Q has two pin configurations (version A and version B). The OUT pins of these two versions are located in different positions, which helps with flexible PCB layout. When ZXCT181Q is used for bidirectional current sensing (such as in battery management systems), it introduces voltage to the REF pin to compensate for the output voltage. When sensing unidirectional current, the REF pin of ZXCT181Q will be connected to GND.
The ZXCT18xQ series has four fixed voltage gain options, namely 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V. This series of devices can measure the voltage across the shunt in the common mode voltage range of -0.3V to 26V, unaffected by the maximum supply current of 370 μ A. At 20V/V, this series can support a small signal bandwidth of up to 400kHz, while also supporting a fast large signal conversion rate (Slew Rate) of 2V/μ s. These functions help the device detect rapid changes in sensing current and quickly convert the output, making it suitable for applications that require quick response to input current changes.
The ZXCT18xQ series enriches Dior's portfolio of 26V power rail current monitoring products, adding more features to the previously launched ZXCT199Q and ZXCT21xQ series. These two series of products can support high-precision high side and low side current sensing when the sensing voltage is as low as 10mV.
The operating temperature range of each model in the ZXCT18xQ series is -40 ° C to+125 ° C.
ZXCT180Q and ZXCT181Q are packaged in SOT25 and SOT26, respectively. The standard specification versions ZXCT180 and ZXCT181 are suitable for industrial and commercial applications.
