Kyushu Fengshen has launched a new "Xuanbing 400 Performance Edition" air-cooled CPU cooler, which has been launched on JD.com and is now available for sale.

As an updated model of the Xuanbing 400 series, this product has undergone adjustments in design and fan configuration. The new radiator maintains the basic structure of a four heat pipe single tower, with tower dimensions of 125 millimeters wide, 92 millimeters deep, and 150 millimeters high.
Its appearance adopts a new matrix style top cover and offers two color options: black and white. In addition to the standard single fan version, the "PLUS" version with dual fans is also available. All versions come with a one-year warranty.
One of the key features of this upgrade is the cooling fan. The new radiator has upgraded its "air gathering ring" design, which aims to reduce air turbulence and enhance airflow penetration by closing the gap between the fan blades and the fan frame. According to official data, the fan has a speed between 500 and 2200 revolutions per minute, a nominal air volume of 70.09 cubic feet per minute, and a noise level below 29.22 decibels.
In terms of compatibility, the heat sink supports current mainstream processor slots such as Intel LGA 1851/1700 and AMD AM5/AM4. The manufacturer suggests that it can be used with Intel Core Ultra 5 or AMD Ryzen 7/5/3 level processors.
