XP Power has officially launched the compact and ultra-thin (25.4mm) AC-DC power CCR series, which features flexible cooling options and rated power from 110W to 420W, allowing for more efficient use of space within terminal devices. This product is approved for medical and industrial applications, and its high-efficiency and high-power density module adopts a bottom plate cooling design, ensuring effective thermal management and quiet operation for noise sensitive applications even in a sealed enclosure environment. These features extend the lifespan of the power supply, require less maintenance and service, and can significantly reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO).
The CCR series complies with the medical application standards of IEC60601-1 4th edition, providing primary to secondary insulation at 4000VAC (2 x MOPPs) and 1 x MOOP insulation at (1800VAC) primary to ground and (1500VAC) secondary to ground. Combining low ground (<300 µ A) and patient (<75 µ A) leakage current, the CCR series is highly suitable for easy integration into BF grade medical equipment, including respiratory care, imaging, patient monitoring, and patient treatment. Industrial applications include manufacturing control, testing&measurement, and industrial printing.
The CCR series offers a wide input voltage range of 85 to 264VAC, which can be used worldwide and covers common single rail outputs from 12VDC to 54VDC. According to the selected cooling options - convection, conduction, or forced air cooling - the rated power is CCR200 (110W/170W/200W), CCR300 (160W/250W/300W), and CCR420 (280W/350W/420W), respectively. All models are equipped with overvoltage protection, overload protection, and short circuit protection, with standard trip and restart functions, as well as over temperature protection with automatic reset function. The CCR series meets B-level conduction and radiation standards and does not require external filtering. This product can provide 94% high efficiency, minimize waste heat, operate at ambient temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to+80 ° C, and perform appropriate derating above+50 ° C.
The CCR200, CCR300, and CCR420 series are available in stock with a shelf life of 3 years.
