Bourns brand new Riedon ™ The SSA-2 series analog shunt sensor has anti-interference magnetic field capability and meets the requirements of unipolar power supply
Bourns, a globally renowned manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, has released Riedon ™ SSA-2 series analog shunt sensor. The new shunt sensor provides a high-precision current detection solution and has higher operational stability than typical Hall effect sensors. This series is designed specifically for anti-interference magnetic fields, to avoid adverse effects on sensor operation in sensitive electronic devices caused by magnetic field interference, resulting in inaccurate readings, equipment failures, and even safety hazards. In addition, the Bourns SSA-2 series meets the requirements for unipolar power supply, making it an excellent measurement choice for various battery related current detection applications, including large energy storage systems, renewable energy generation infrastructure, industrial motor drives, building automation systems, and fuel cells.
The Bourns SSA-2 series is an innovative designed analog Hall effect current sensor that provides a detection accuracy of ± 0.1% and linearity of ± 0.1%, covering the entire current range, and has low sensitivity to temperature drift. In addition, the sensor has low noise resolution and offset performance, enabling accurate low current detection while providing excellent gain and linear performance across the entire temperature range. This series supports broadband AC and DC, with a rated current range from 100 A to 1000 A, making it suitable for different environments and various market application needs.
Bourns brand new Riedon ™ The SSA-2 series analog shunt sensor is now available and meets RoHS * standards.
