-Output power 200W (115VAC) under natural convection cooling
-Leading power density -37.5W/in ³
Vox Power is pleased to announce the launch of the EIRE300 AC-DC power supply series, an advanced product line that combines compact design, ultra-high reliability, and energy efficiency. EIRE300 is designed specifically for medical electrical equipment and information technology equipment applications, with an output power of 300 W and a peak power of up to 375 W. It features a compact 4 "x 2" package and a 1 "slim exterior design.
With a leading power density of 37.5 W/in ³ and a conversion efficiency of up to 95% that can significantly reduce power loss, the EIRE3000 series has outstanding performance, surpassing all other similar products on the market. EIRE3000 can operate in natural convection cooling conditions with an output power of 200 W (115VAC), making it suitable for a wide range of application scenarios due to its unparalleled adaptability.
In order to seamlessly integrate into medical and industrial applications, EIRE300 adopts dual patient protection isolation (2 x MOPP) measures, with low leakage current characteristics, equipped with standard mounting holes and dedicated auxiliary fan power supply. Other standard features include two internal fuse circuits, remote sensing, and AC-OK indicator signal. The ultra-low standby power consumption of EIRE300 is typically 0.25 W, making it an ideal choice for energy critical applications.
This product series has not only passed the latest international standards for medical and information technology equipment safety certification, but also meets the BF level safety standards, suitable for medical devices that require direct contact with patients. The BF level is crucial for applications such as surgical instruments and critical care medical equipment to ensure that products can be used near patients without worrying about electrical hazards.
The EIRE300 series offers multiple product options with output voltages ranging from 12V to 60V, including standard options such as 12V, 15V, 18V, 24V, 28V, 36V, 48V, and 54V. Each output voltage has a wide adjustment range, making it compatible with the requirements of most non-standard voltages in that range. The product comes standard with comprehensive protection functions, such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overheating protection.
The EIRE300 series is designed specifically for Class I and Class II electrical equipment, meeting Class B electromagnetic compatibility standards in terms of conducted and radiated emission characteristics. EIRE300 is capable of operating normally at altitudes up to 5000 meters, certified by 60601-1 and 62368-1, suitable for medical and information technology equipment, and compliant with 60601-1-2 (electromagnetic compatibility), 60335 (household equipment), 61010-1 (measurement, control, and laboratory equipment), and 61558-1 (power transformer safety) standards.
In order to maximize reliability and performance, ultra long life electrolytic capacitors are used in the product design scheme, and conformal coatings are standard to prevent environmental pollution. Its high energy conversion efficiency greatly reduces the system's heat generation, supporting a wide operating temperature range of -40 ° C to+70 ° C. The calculated mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 500000 hours.
