The switch point temperature compensation coefficient for various magnetic materials meets the high consistency of switch positions achieved by customers in the full temperature range of -40~150 ℃, while using various materials such as samarium cobalt, neodymium iron boron, ferrite, etc., improving system quality.

For application scenarios with different Magnetic flux density intensities, the NSM101x product series has a variety of sensitivities to choose from, with switching points distributed between 15 and 100 gauss; There are Antarctic and Arctic models available for different target magnetic polarity; For different output phase requirements, there are low output and high output models available for selection under the condition of B>Bop; For different power consumption requirements, there are conventional and low-power models to choose from, with low-power models having an average operating current as low as 8uA. The NSM101x series Hall effect switches/latches meet the AEC-Q100 grade 0 certification and are suitable for high-temperature operation, with junction temperatures up to 175 ° C.
This product series supports overcurrent protection and over temperature protection. Long term short circuits between the output end and the power or ground wire will not cause product damage, greatly improving the likelihood of sensor modules passing complex in vehicle electrical performance tests. At the same time, this product series has industry-leading ESD performance, with HBM mode up to ± 8kV, improving robustness in the production and manufacturing of components and end customer applications.

SOT23-3 packaging and TO92S packaging are compatible with mainstream competitors in the industry, supporting perforation welding and PCB surface mounting, allowing for direct chip replacement while maintaining complete structural design
